Before you start scrubbing your windows, you should be aware of a few tips for window cleaning. It is a good idea to use a squeegee to remove water. Using this tool, start from the top left corner of the window and work your way down. Always use a circular motion and make sure to reach all the edges of the window. With practise, you will be able to clean even the toughest water marks.
To clean a window, you should wet the squeegee and then draw it down in a straight line. Repeat the process, slightly overlapping the first stroke. Then, wipe the squeegee’s edge with a damp, lint-free cloth. When you finish cleaning the windows, you should dry them with a damp chamois or microfia cloth.
To clean stubborn stains, you can use a vinegar and water solution. You should leave it for several minutes before wiping it off. Do not use steel wool or harsh scrubbing cloths, as these could scratch the glass. For cleaning the window screens, you can also use a chamois or a sponge with a small amount of vinegar and water. Be sure to rinse them afterward. Then, use a cloth to wipe off any excess cleaning liquid.
If you have windows that need cleaning, you should first wipe them off using a soft cloth. If the windows are stained, you can use a wet cloth to remove them. Once you’ve cleaned the windows, you should wipe them with a dry microfiber cloth. If you want to clean the frames, you can also clean them using a vinegar and water solution. If you’re worried about getting muddy streaks on your windows, you can use commercial window cleaning products such as Windex or Zep.
